About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager to define and drive the roadmap for our Comp Cycle product. This product plays a critical role in our clients’ compensation program, providing them with simple yet robust tools to build, run, and validate merit and promotion compensation cycles.
*Note: Pequity is a fully remote company, so this role will also be fully remote. However, due to team balancing, this role will need to be located in North America.*
What would a day in the life look like?
  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for your team.
  • Perform market and user research to build a deep understanding and empathy for the needs of our clients and users.
  • Work with an Engineering Manager and Product Designer to develop, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives.
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from discovery through planning, execution, validation and iteration.
  • Evangelize your team's product roadmap both internally and externally with clients.
What signals we are looking for (we’re always flexible):
  • 2-6 years of experience in a Product Management role.
  • As a Product Manager, you have a history of successfully delivering product initiatives that drive measurable value.
  • You can communicate and collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders from sales, implementation, client success, and support.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset - you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done.
  • You are constantly striving to elevate the team by improving process and communication, and enabling them to do their best work.
  • You’re genuinely excited by the problems and opportunities that exist in the compensation and HR tech space.
What could set you apart:
  • Experience building products in the compensation or HR tech spaces.
  • Experience building data-intensive products.
We are a 100% remote company with the majority of our team in the United States & Canada.
